六年級《Chinatown in America》說課設計
教材分析：
通過Daming給媽媽傳送E-mail，介紹他在美國紐約的唐人街所看到的情景並能用There is a Chinatown in New York. We saw Chinese dancing. We ate in a Chinese restaurant.進行描述。
學情分析：
學生在之前的英語學習過程中已經具備了較強的音標拼讀和在字典的幫助下泛讀課文的能力，在這學期的課文教學中我將側重於幫助學生真正理解課文，進一步學習歸納概括，完成各種學習任務，提高英語的綜合語言運用能力，同時注重培養學生積極與他人交流合作，相互學習，共同完成任務的能力，樂於運用英語進行表達和交流的能力
教學目標：
1. 知識目標
⑴正確使用單詞 miss sometimes restaurant really dancing square.
⑵理解並靈活掌握句型：There isare…oninunder ear…。
⑶聽懂理解課文並回答相關問題。
2. 技能目標
學會運用There is are …來談論某處有某物，注意區別單數、複數的不同用法。
3. 情感目標
⑴過多種形式的教學活動，激發學生學英語的興趣，引導他們積極參與小組活動。
⑵發揮學習主動性，大膽開口、積極合作、參與語言的實際交際。
⑶通過本模組的'學習，學生能用英語向他人講述某處有某物，將語言內容轉化為實際交際。
教學重點：

教學過程：
一、Warming up
1. Greetings.
2. Sing the English song《There is a Great Wall in China.》
ry game: Look, then close your books and say.
讓學生看第９頁Part 5中的圖畫２分鐘，然後關上書。然後回憶圖畫中的事物，練習句型“There is a…或There are … ”
二、Presentation
talk: Where has Daming gone ? （He is in New York with his cousin, Simon.） What’s he doing now? Does he miss china?
concepts
⑴放錄音，讓學生聽錄音瞭解課文內容並畫出含“there is / there are …”的句子。
⑵通過問答，檢查學生對課文的理解
What’s Daming doing? （He’s sending an email to his family in China.）
Does he miss China? （Sometimes）
Where is he going to tomorrow?（Chinatown）
Where is Chinatown?（In New York.）
What’s in Chinatown?（There are lots of Chinese shops and restaurants there. There’s Chinese dancing.）
在問答練習中學習新單詞：Sometimes（有時）Chinatown（唐人街）
Miss（思念） restaurant（餐館） Chinese dancing（中國舞）
⑶錄音，在每句後面停頓，讓學生重複。
⑷學生兩人一組練習對話，然後分角色表演對話。
三、Activity book
1.全班一起完成練習１：先請學生小組討論幫助大明完成這封Email，然後帶領全班朗讀例句和提示詞，讓單個學生說出句子，然後再讓他們把答案寫出來。完成後，老師請學生讀出答案，全班訂正，最後再通讀一遍。
2.全班完成練習２：請學生看書上的第一幅圖並朗讀例句。然後引導學生看圖２－８，試著使用“There is There are …”句式說出圖中有些什麼。請學生逐個說出句子，然後把他們寫下來。
四、Homework
給自己的朋友發一封email,介紹自己遊覽過的城市。
