This will not help them lose weight since they usually gain back all of the pounds they lost because they havent permanently changed their habits. Whats worse, sometimes these extreme measures will affect the individuals health.

In my view, before one decides to lose weight, he first of all should make it clear whether he should or not lose weight. The best way to find out if you are at a healthy weight or if you need to lose or gain weight is to talk to a doctor or dietitian. He or she can compare your weight with healthy norms to help you set realistic goals. 第一，我非常喜歡手機上有一個英語的PEP上面外教老師演的栩栩如生，讓我愛上學習，愛上英語雨。學完之後還可以得到獎勵，就很有榮譽感，而且這種榮譽感是別人體會不到的。

在快樂中學習不是一種很好的選擇嗎？可以讓我們在快樂中學到知識，在快樂中學知識，這樣的感覺真好。而且只是一種視覺上的'享受。我也比較喜歡學校上的英語課，英語張老師把一門枯燥的語言課，上成了活靈活現的英語課，老師在課上不僅會教我們知識，還會給我們普及一些課外的，比如說英語電影之類一些東西。
